5 stars all the way! BoBa Cha (BoBa YEA) Bubble Tea & Smoothies House is my new go-to spot in Baltimore. The Mixed Berry Smoothie is creamy, fresh, and packed with real fruit flavor, and the boba is perfectly chewy every time. The shop has such a cozy vibe, and the staff are super friendly and quick. I’ll definitely be back weekly—10/10 recommend!
Absolutely obsessed with this bubble tea cafe! Stopped by on a hot day and got the Chocolate Smoothie, and it was chef’s kiss—rich, not too sweet, and topped with the fluffiest whipped cream. The menu is easy to read, the interior is bright and inviting, and the location is convenient too. If you’re in Perry Hall Blvd, don’t skip this gem!

Their Fruit Bubble Tea is refreshing and not syrupy like other places, and the service is always top-notch.
